Directions

Cosequin Double Strength tablets can be given either directly or can be broken into pieces and then mixed with your dog food. The dosage as per weight may be administered every day for as long as six weeks but in some cases it is found that some pets respond very quickly. In those cases, the dosage is lowered with three week transition of each lower level.
