When you are ready to purchase an item, simply click the “buy now” button. This button will take you to our affiliate, either PetCareRx or Entirelypets. From there you may select certain options, adjust quantity and hit add to cart button. When you proceed through the checkout if you purchased an Rx item you may need to enter in some extra details such as your vet contact details and prescription information. The affiliate will then verify your prescription with the veterinarian and ship the product out to you.

If you order non-prescription items before 2pm Eastern Standard Time, they will usually ship the same day. If you order a prescription item, please allow 24-48 hours for processing since we have to verify the prescription with the veterinarian. If you order with standard shipping, then the order is shippied by UPS or USPS and should arrive at your door in 3-7 business days. Next day and 2nd day order are shipped promptly via UPS. Prescription items cannot be sent internationally, however, non prescription items can. Free Shipping on orders over $35 (standard shipping).

Free Shipping (regular ground) on orders over $100. Pet food, Vaccines, International, and specialy marked heavy items do not qualify. Ground Shipping takes 4-7 business days. Pet food cannot be shipped internationally. Shipping Vaccines are more expensive since they have to be shipped promptly OVERNIGHT on ice. Entirelypets cannot be held responsible if no one is available to sign when the item is shipped. Prescription orders will only ship overnight after the prescription has been verified. There is no weekend shipments made, so for example, items shipped Friday overnight will arrive Monday.
