Side Effects/Precautions

Piroxicam can cause some interaction with ACE-inhibitors (quinapril , enalapril, benazepril). In rare cases it can also cause peritonitis, stomach and intestinal ulcers and bleeding, loss of appetite, tarry or dark stools and vomiting.
